City Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
The first meeting for the month is held at 5:00 p.m. and the second meeting is held at 4:00 p.m.
The meetings take place in the City Commission Meeting Room located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 9 Harrison Avenue.
Special meetings are held as needed.

The commission generally conducts meetings in the following order:
prayer, pledge of allegiance to the flag, roll call and adoption of minutes, Mayor's report, audience participation, City Attorney items, City Clerk items, City Manager Items and items placed on the agenda by individual City Commission members.

Agendas for Commission meetings are available in the City Clerk's Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, on the Friday preceding the Tuesday of the Commission meeting. For information regarding agenda items, please call the City Clerk's office at .
