Annexation
of Property
The
City of Panama City will consider the annexation of any property that satisfies
the eligibility requirements of the State Statutes. The City will also zone
newly-annexed areas under the appropriate zoning category in accordance with
the adopted elements of the City's Comprehensive Plan. Annexation petitions are
available at the Land Use Department located on the 2nd floor of the City Hall
building, 9 Harrison Avenue.
