The Code Enforcement Board is a Quasi-Judicial arm for the Code Enforcement
process. This board's main purposes are to hear cases, prescribe penalties and
achieve compliance with the City Code.
A majority of the cases heard by the Board are demolition of unsafe
structures, lot cleanup and abandoned or junked vehicles. The Code Enforcement
Board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m., at City
Hall, 9 Harrison Avenue.
If an additional Code Enforcement Board meeting is necessary, the second
meeting is held the 4th Thursday of the month. The City's Code Enforcement
